Boston, MA -- FRX Innovations Inc. FRX Innovations (TSXV:FRXI) (“FRX,” or the “Company”), is pleased to announce that the Company has renewed its engagement with Harbor Access, a strategic investor relations firm with offices in Stamford, Connecticut and Toronto, Ontario.

The agreement is for a 6-month term with a monthly retainer of US$8,000. Harbor Access does not have any interest, directly or indirectly, in the Company or its securities, or any right or intent to acquire such an interest.
